DRYSTONE RESTAURANT
Experience a unique blend of vineyard views, innovative Australian cuisine, great wines and unmatched service at the Drystone Restaurant. Opening in November 2008, the restaurant is a perfect venue for relaxed casual dining, formal corporate meetings or social functions.
The Menu
Dry stone’s menu aims to support regional producers and changes regularly. Cheeses, seafood, meats and vegetables are sourced locally and incorporated into our menu creating a unique, distinctive cuisine.
The Building
The newly constructed building, designed by internationally acclaimed architect Daryl Jackson provides a beautiful location for fine dining or a private function. The building is made up of 3 main sections, each with its own unique style and purpose:
Courtyard:
Entering the building, guests are welcomed to a large Tuscan style courtyard. This alfresco dining area allows you to enjoy a delicious meal while soaking up the sun and the view over the vineyard.
Drystone Restaurant
The polished floorboards, open fireplace and comfortable seating create a mood of warmth and intimacy. Large glass bi-fold doors can be retracted and allow seating on the spacious decks overlooking vines and mountains.
Cellar Door
The cellar door is found in the centre of the building. The long timber bar allow guests to sample our award winning wine in a relaxed, spacious setting.
